Kurt Eltvedt, the founder and visionary of Time 2 Bite and Musky Tales, created a business model intentionally to meet the needs of those who fish or boat the Northern Illinois Chain of Lakes. Time 2 Bite was created to meet the demand for an on the water experience that provides access and convenience. Combining the restaurant, bait and tackle shop, boat launch and rentals, and other amenities creates a unique atmosphere with the convenience of enjoying a great day on the Fox Chain all in one location.
